Club Manager

The Club Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the swimming club, ensuring excellent customer experiences, smooth facility management, and effective team leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to drive membership growth while maintaining the club’s operational standards.

1. Manage daily operations of the swimming club, including court scheduling, member services, and event coordination.
2. Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver high quality service and maintain operational efficiency.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships, retain existing members, and promote the club within the community.
4. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of courts, equipment, and overall facilities.
5. Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
6. Coordinate with coaches/trainers to ensure quality training programs and events.
7. Monitor club performance, including budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
8. Plan and execute promotional activities, tournaments, and social events to enhance member engagement.
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any Major.
2. Proven experience in club, sports, or hospitality management.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving abilities.
5. Customer service oriented with a passion for sports, preferably swimming or gym sports.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking/membership management software.
8. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
9. Target oriented.
