PT Raga Karya Diwangsa operates a Wellness & Sports Facility focused on delivering premium fitness and lifestyle services. The Operational Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high facility standards, and supporting the overall service performance and business goals across designated locations.

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all SOPs are implemented consistently.
• Manage maintenance activities for equipment, utilities, and functional areas to minimize downtime.
• Control inventory of operational supplies and coordinate procurement for non-coaching goods.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet premium brand standards.
• Plan and manage staff schedules for Front Desk and Maintenance teams.
• Handle operational administration, including sales reporting, invoice processing, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Monitor operational expenses and support budgeting processes, including identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Lead Front Desk operations to maintain excellent member service.
• Address and resolve escalated member issues and operational concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through staff and member feedback.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an Operational/Assistant Manager role, preferably within the Hospitality (Hotel/Resort), Fitness/Gym, or high-volume Service industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong demonstrated ability in team leadership, training, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with facility management, inventory systems, and basic financial reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English (written and verbal communication).
