Drafter

This full-time Drafter role at PT. Tuban Jaya Mandiri offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Architecture Drafting field. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial part in the design and development of various construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Prepare detailed and accurate architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Interpret design concepts and engineer's instructions to translate them into detailed technical drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design requirements are met
• Maintain and update project documentation, including as-built drawings and design changes
• Assist in the coordination of design revisions and document control
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Drafter or in a similar role in the construction industry
• Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
