• Trend Analysis: Staying updated with current footwear trends and lifestyle changes.
• Product Development: Turning sketches into functional prototypes and overseeing production. 

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design programs).
• Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or similar fields.
