Architectural Designer

PT Win Arsitektur dan Interior is a company specializing in architectural and interior design services, focusing on developing buildings that are functional, safe, and visually appealing. The Architectural Designer role is responsible for developing design concepts, preparing technical plans, and translating client requirements into structured drawings and design models.

•  Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements and client needs
•  Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation
•  Create and develop 3D design models using Autodesk Revit
•  Compile material specifications for architectural and interior projects
•  Coordinate design plans and technical details to support project development and implementation 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
•  Minimum 2 years of combined experience in architectural or interior design projects including internship and professional experience
•  Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling and design development
•  Understanding of construction drawings, material specifications, and design documentation
•  Ability to communicate project information and design concepts in Indonesian and English
