Omma Dayclub Bali is seeking a Guest Relation professional to support front-of-house operations by ensuring a smooth guest arrival experience. This role involves coordinating with reservations, F&B, and operational teams to manage guest flow from arrival until seating, in line with venue service standards.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Welcome guests in accordance with hospitality service standards and company procedures
  • Escort and seat guests based on reservation data and venue layout
  • Manage guest waiting lists and update seating status in real time
  • Coordinate with reservation, F&B, operations, and security teams regarding guest arrivals
  • Provide accurate information related to events, promotions, and venue facilities
  • Handle guest inquiries and document complaints for escalation following internal procedures
  • Ensure front desk and guest reception areas are prepared and operational
  • Record basic guest flow and arrival data for operational purposes

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Minimum Diploma(D1/D2/D3) education or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest service is an advantage
  • Clear and structured verbal communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency for guest interaction
  • Ability to use reservation systems or manual/digital guest tracking tools
  • Understanding of guest service flow in restaurant, beach club, or dayclub environments
  • Willing to work under a contract system and be placed in Gianyar, Bali
  • Open to candidates with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates
