Receptionist Villa

PT Indo Megah Residence is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Receptionist Villa to join our hospitality team. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with their needs during their stay, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction at the villa. 

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Communicate with guests in English effectively
• Handle guest requests and provide helpful information
• Assist guests with luggage and basic needs when required
• Perform light cleaning tasks if needed
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Patient and able to handle customers calmly
• Willing to work day or night shifts
• Helpful and friendly attitude
• Good communication skills
• Polite and professional appearance
• Able to work in a team
