Bar Captain
The Bar Captain is responsible for supervising daily bar operations and ensuring exceptional beverage service standards are consistently delivered. This role supports the Bar Manager in leading the bar team, maintaining quality control, and creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Supervise and coordinate daily bar service operations
• Lead and support bartenders and bar staff during service
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and service standards
• Assist in training new bar staff
• Support upselling initiatives and beverage promotions
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar operations
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior bartender role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong understanding of bar hygiene and safety standards
