Technical and Claim Officer

Handle and monitor insurance claims efficiently and accurately to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.

• Review, process, and follow up on insurance claims.
• Coordinate with insurers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim handling.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all claims.
• Provide technical support and assistance related to claim matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in technical and claim processing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
