FAT SPV (Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor)

We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Supervisor to support and supervise the company’s daily finance, accounting, and taxation activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial recording and reporting, monitoring cash flow and transactions, handling tax calculations and reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, good leadership abilities, and experience in managing financial operations efficiently to support the company’s business performance and growth.

• Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Review and monitor large volumes of financial data, including reconciliation of disbursement and repayment transactions.
• Ensure proper recording, classification, and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and financial activities to support business operations.
• Ensure tax calculations, reporting, and filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and guide FAT Staff in daily operational tasks and problem solving.
• Assist FAT Manager in maintaining financial controls, documentation, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and tax consultants when required.
• Support management by providing financial analysis and operational insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax roles.
• Experience in supervising or leading a small team is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Good knowledge of taxation, including tax compliance and reporting.
• Experienced in handling large datasets and financial reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
