FAT Manager (Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager)

We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager to oversee the company’s end-to-end finance, accounting, and taxation functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, monitoring cash flow and business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience handling high volumes of financial transactions, and the ability to improve financial processes and internal controls to support business growth.

• Manage and oversee end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax functions within the company.
• Handle large volumes of financial data, including reconciliation of disbursement and repayment transactions accurately and timely.
• Ensure proper recording, classification, and reporting of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles and taxation regulations.
• Manage tax calculations, filings, and reporting (including VAT, WHT, and other relevant taxes).
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Improve and maintain financial processes, controls, and documentation to support scalability and accuracy.
• Support management with financial analysis and insights related to business performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax roles, preferably in fintech, technology, or data-driven companies.
• Highly experienced in handling large datasets and performing financial reconciliation, especially disbursement and repayment data.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of basic taxation, including compliance and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
