Account Cost Control

This position will handle full set of account using Excel as well as cost control and also other admin works.

• Manage full set of accounts – receivable, payable, expenses and bank reconciliation.
• Project cost control and follow up overdue invoices.
• Prepare account summary at the end of each month.
• Assisting other admin works such as shipping, project planning, customs clearance, secretarial works, etc.

• Must have good knowledge of financial management and accounting standards.
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with full sets of books and taxation.
• Good in English, minimum in writing and reading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial keeping.
