MLV Teknologi is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. We are looking for an individual who is forward-thinking and can anticipate client needs, delivering strategic solutions that effectively align with their business objectives while contributing to MLV Teknologi’s overall success.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MLV Teknologi’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account status, including sales forecasts and client feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the technology or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts with meticulous attention to detail.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Previous experience in IT, construction, furniture, or fitting out is an advantage.
  • A successful track record in meeting sales targets and delivering client-centered solutions.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
