Bussiness Development Officer

PT ProAsia Broker Asuransi is currently seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team. 

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Promote insurance services and offer suitable insurance solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients or new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance broker industry. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
