CV Mandiri Barokah Jaya is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily business operations, coordinate operational teams, and ensure service standards, administration, and operational processes run effectively in line with company policies.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Support and oversee daily operational activities to ensure procedures are implemented properly.
  • Arrange employee work schedules and ensure workforce availability according to operational needs.
  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate team performance on a regular basis.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions meet company service standards.
  • Monitor stock availability, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Prepare routine operational and administrative reports for management.
  • Support operational budget management and cost monitoring.
  • Assist recruitment and basic human resources administration as required by the company.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a supervisory, coordination, or assistant managerial role.
  • Solid understanding of operational management, administration, and team coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Effective workplace communication skills for coordination with teams and management.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
  • Willing to work full-time at the office location in Surabaya.
