Content & Event Marketing

Yayasan Kreasi Penerus Asa is a growing preschool organization founded in Jakarta, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that nurtures creativity, curiosity, and character. Following the success of our first school in Jakarta, we are now expanding and opening a new branch in Batam.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content plan aligned with marketing and brand objectives
• Create, schedule, and oversee content across multiple platforms (Instagram, website, newsletters, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage marketing events, both online and offline (e.g., open houses, school events, campaigns)
• Handle end-to-end event preparation, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Monitor content and event performance, and provide basic reports and insights
• Support other marketing and communication initiatives as needed
• Managing Community Relations and Third-Party Partnerships
• Supporting the planning and execution of school events

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Proven interest in content creation and event management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Familiar with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe is a plus
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in education, event management or creative industries is a plus
