Project Manager

The Project Manager will support the implementation of the International Talent Circulation Base (INTACT Base) Taiwan-Indonesia, an initiative supported by Taiwan's Ministry of Education. The successful candidate will assist in project administration, student recruitment, and the promotion of Mandarin language education and cross-cultural exchange initiatives.

• Support the implementation, administration, and coordination of project activities under the INTACT Base.
•  Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting Mandarin Chinese preparatory courses in Indonesia.
• Coordinate Mandarin language learning and cultural exchange activities.
• Assist in the recruitment of prospective students for the International Industrial Talents Special Program (INTENSE Program).
• Perform other duties related to the INTACT Base as assigned.

Language Requirements

• Minimum TOEIC score of 550 or equivalent English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
• Experience in project administration, higher education, student recruitment, or international collaboration is an advantage.
