Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This role plays a key part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
2. Manage client needs and expectations for events
3. Develop event strategies and concepts with the team
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
5. Deliver presentations to clients in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

1. Proven experience in Event Organizer / Agency (preferred)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Fluent and active in English (both spoken and written)
4. Excellent client and project management abilities
5. Professional appearance with a confident personality
6. Proficient in MS Office and Canva
