Business Development

#GTI is a new business development line under the Bahasa Global Group, operating in the fields of transportation, training, trading of radioactive and nuclear sources, radioactive waste, and specialized training. One of GTI’s services focuses on radiopharmacy trading to Indonesia, including equipment and pharmaceuticals utilizing radioactive sources for the healthcare sector.

The GTI Business Development Officer is responsible for supporting GTI’s business development, particularly in the trading of radioactive sources for medical and industrial needs. This position plays a key role in identifying market opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers, suppliers, vendors, principals, and other relevant stakeholders.

This role also supports commercial administration processes, including the preparation of quotations, proposals, bidding documents, and coordination of procurement document requirements. In addition, the Business Development Officer will be involved in market research, communication with prospective customers, and the preparation of business activity reports to support GTI’s service development strategy.

This role requires strong communication, research, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills, especially as the scope of work involves technical and regulatory fields such as radiopharmacy, radioactive sources, healthcare, and industrial sector requirements.

• Assist in developing business strategies for GTI’s trading services.
• Identify market opportunities through research, networking, and meeting with prospective customers.
• Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, principals, and related stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, bidding documents, and commercial administration.
• Coordinate with other Business Development teams regarding product specifications, regulations, and procurement document requirements.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, and other business-related events.
• Prepare commercial/trading activity reports for management purposes

• Minimum education of bachelor’s degree in Medical Physics, Business, Management, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, Pharmacy, Nuclear Engineer, or other related fields.
• Experience in business development, trading, procurement, or sales is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Detail-oriented in preparing quotations, proposals, bidding documents, and commercial administration.
• Able to work under targets and deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
