Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders through structured training and hands-on experience across various aspects of store operations, customer service, team management, and business development within the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to prepare for future management positions, with a clear career path toward Store Manager.

1. Work closely under Expat and learn and support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
2. Assist in monitoring operational standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
4. Participate in opening, closing, and shift management activities.
5. Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

10. Assist in implementing local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
11. Support membership acquisition, customer retention, and business growth initiatives.

14. Complete assigned rotations across different business functions.
15. Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
16. Undertake special projects and assignments assigned by management.

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Maximum age of 27 years old.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
9. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and entertainment industries.
10. Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
11. Willing to undergo training and accept rotational assignments.
