Instructional Designer Intern

Look Media offers an internship opportunity for final-year students or recent graduates interested in digital learning content development. This role supports the design of learning flows, preparation of educational materials, and the development of interactive and video-based learning content in collaboration with the product development team.

• Create content outlines, storyboards, and structured learning scripts for interactive modules, animation videos, and video shoots
• Design learning flow including course structure, learning objectives, and user journey
• Review and revise learning materials based on feedback, testing results, and project requirements
• Collaborate with product development and client teams to align learning content with project goals
• Support the development of digital learning materials for training programs
• Assist in preparing documentation and presentation materials related to learning design projects

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field
• Understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Slides
• Basic experience in developing content outlines, storyboards, or learning materials
• Ability to organize learning content into clear instructional structures
• Available to join immediately and willing to work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
