Project Control - EPC

PT Mintex is an EPC company specializing in mineral processing, and we are currently looking for a Project Control Engineer to join our team.

• Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline, recovery, and updates) using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (schedule, cost, manpower, and productivity)
• Perform cost control, budget tracking, and forecast analysis
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Site teams
• Support EVM (Earned Value Management) analysis
• Assist in change management, variation analysis, and claims support
• Ensure project data accuracy and documentation compliance

• Experience in mining, plant, or industrial EPC projects
• Understanding of FIDIC / EPC lump sum contracts
• Advanced Excel and reporting dashboard skills
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
