HR & Industrial Relation Supervisor (SPV)

PT Keystone Strategy Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR & Industrial Relations Supervisor to manage human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. 

• Manage and oversee employee relations and industrial relations matters. 
•  Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations. 
•  Draft, review, and update Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan). 
•  Develop, implement, and monitor employee performance appraisal systems. 
•  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. 
•  Handle employee disciplinary matters, termination processes, and industrial relations disputes. 
•  Support payroll administration, including PPh 21 tax compliance. 
•  Provide guidance and support to management on HR and industrial relations matters. 
•  Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields)
• Strong understanding of Labor Laws and Regulations
• Experienced in drafting Company Regulations
• Experienced in developing and implementing employee performance appraisal systems
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Knowledgeable in PPh 21 (income tax) calculation
• Communicative, assertive, and experienced in handling termination (PHK) and industrial relations disputes (PHI)
