The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, effective talent management, and organizational development in alignment with the company’s operational needs and business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes based on workforce planning
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee development programs
  • Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters in accordance with labor regulations
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and government regulations
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
  • Execute disciplinary procedures and ensure consistent enforcement of company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support management decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and human resources management practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ability to manage HR functions both strategically and operationally
  • Professional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in HR reporting, workforce data analysis, and personnel documentation
