1. Facilitate engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students
2. Integrate science concepts into real-life, nature-based activities
3. Guide students in both academic and character development
4. Actively participate in outdoor learning programs and school activities
5. Collaborate with fellow educators to design creative learning approaches

1. Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent)
2. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
3. Passionate about outdoor activities, exploration, and creative learning
4. Energetic, responsible, and eager to grow in a dynamic educational environment
