Proposal / Estimation Engineer

Global Mandira Semesta is seeking a Proposal / Estimation Engineer to support EPC, O&M, and BOT/BOOM project initiatives by transforming business opportunities into structured, competitive, and financially viable proposals, particularly in water and wastewater projects.

• Prepare CAPEX and OPEX cost estimations for project proposals
•  Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
•  Maintain and update cost databases for accurate benchmarking
•  Conduct value engineering and cost optimization analysis
•  Support tender submissions, technical clarifications, and negotiations
•  Coordinate with engineering and business development teams 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, or Industrial)
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC proposal or estimation roles
•  Strong knowledge of costing and pricing strategies
•  Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals
•  Understanding of basic financial concepts such as NPV and IRR is an advantage
