Sales Commercial

PT. IDE STUDIO INDONESIA is a manufacturing and export company specializing in furniture products. We are seeking a Sales Commercial professional who will support sales operations through pricing preparation, sales documentation, distributor coordination, and sales data analysis to maintain product sales continuity and support market expansion.

• Prepare Quotation Pricing (QP) documents to respond to pricing inquiries from distributors or buyers.
• Prepare sales documents such as Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Request Form (SRF), and Sales Product Request (SPR).
• Identify and develop new distributor prospects to expand market opportunities.
• Update and manage product price lists based on sales requirements and market conditions.
• Monitor customer orders and maintain updated weekly order confirmation files.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and distributor purchasing history reports for management.
• Prepare and submit IBS reports to the statistical bureau in accordance with reporting requirements.
• Analyze sales data, including PCR results, to calculate margins and determine selling prices.
• Prepare internal documents such as memos and SOPs related to sales operations.
• Coordinate with distributors to obtain order forecasts and purchase estimates.

• Minimum Diploma (D1/D2/D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Commercial, Export Sales, or sales administration.
• Experience in export-related processes is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing for business purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Spreadsheet for data processing, analysis, and chart development.
• Familiar with sales documentation and export administration processes.
• Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
