PT APLIKASI MITRA BERSAMA hiring Accounting Implementation Specialist

• Client Software Implementation: Configure Chart of Accounts, opening balances, inventory, and accounting workflows in the SAKU software.
• Manage the accounting processes of PT Aplikasi Mitra Bersama, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Client Training: Conduct live training sessions for business owners, administrative staff, and bookkeepers with little to no accounting background.
• Documentation: Build training materials, implementation guides, and SOPs that can be reused across clients.
• Assist with client issues, including:
• Transaction Quality Review: Review clients' accounting entries for accuracy and flag errors before they grow into larger problems.
• Financial Statement Guidance: Help clients create, read, and interpret their own financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve clients' accounting and software issues — often remotely and under time pressure.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the product and technical teams to relay client feedback/complaints related to the Saku product.
• Trainer Development: As Saku grows, support the growth and development of other team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (D3/S1)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and common ERP or accounting software. (Accurate, Odoo, Jurnal, etc.)
• Min. 1-2 years of experience using Accounting Software
• Experience in system implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business processes into system workflows.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Indonesia and occasionally travel to client locations as needed.
