Live Streaming Process Planner
This role is responsible for clearly organizing how live streaming should be conducted and what results it should achieve.You will help the live streaming team define account design, how live sessions start, when to drive traffic, how to offer promotions, what hosts should say, and how backgrounds and music are standardized.By reviewing daily data, you will guide the team on what needs to be adjusted and optimized, ultimately turning live streaming into a standardized and reusable system.6 days off per month. High performers can develop into live streaming operations and management roles.

5. Create live streaming scripts
6. Establish LED background design standards
7. Set live streaming BGM guidelines
8. Develop public-to-private traffic conversion processes (WhatsApp groups)
9. Establish makeup and styling standards
10. Establish performance evaluation standards for the live streaming team
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or content-related fields is preferred; candidates without experience but with strong execution and learning ability can be trained
- Good communication skills, respectful, open to feedback, willing to learn
