Translator Mandarin

We are seeking a talented and experienced Translator Mandarin to join our dynamic team at PT. Gaoshi Building Material Technology. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. As our Translator Mandarin, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and information exchange between our organisation and our Chinese-speaking partners and clients.

1. Accurately translate a variety of documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, between Mandarin and Indonesian languages
2. Provide high-quality interpretation services during meetings, negotiations, and other business interactions with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
3. Ensure the cultural and linguistic accuracy of all translated materials, maintaining the intended meaning and tone
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content and context, and deliver translations that meet their specific needs
5. Stay up-to-date with industry terminology, trends, and best practices in translation and interpretation
6. Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's translation and interpretation processes and tools

1. Proficiency in both Mandarin (HSK 3) and Indonesian languages, with the ability to translate fluently and accurately.
2. Proven experience as a professional translator or interpreter, preferably in a business or commercial setting.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Has strong familiarity with the Jakarta area with Indonesian Driving License, which will be considered an added advantage.
5. Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
