Assistant – Taiwan Representative (Freight Forwarder)

PT. Oriental Logistics Indonesia is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant – Taiwan Representative (Freight Forwarding). This role is responsible for supporting the Taiwan Representative in sales activities, customer relationship management, shipment coordination, and business development initiatives.

• Support Taiwan Representative in managing sales activities
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate shipment processes and documentation
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business development

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Taiwan or China University more preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales within Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of export-import processes and documentation (PEB, PIB, Bill of Lading, COO, Invoice, etc.)
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
