Marketing Manager

 We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our car rental division’s marketing and business development efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about customer engagement, brand positioning, and achieving sales targets. 

• Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies in the Greater Jabodetabek area.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Create tailored rental proposals for corporate clients (short- and long-term).
• Manage sales and marketing budgets, including promotional and customer acquisition costs.
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing and business development initiatives.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, and strategic partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients through regular service visits.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Marketing, Management, or a related field, Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry. 
• Clear BI Checking is a Must
• Preferably domiciled in South Tangerang / Jakarta
