• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (marketplaces and website)
• Develop and execute e-commerce sales and digital marketing strategies
• Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
• Plan and manage online promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Communicate with suppliers, partners, or principals (including Mandarin-speaking counterparts)
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Prepare regular performance and sales reports

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
