Sales Marketing Executive

Ciputra International, a leading property developer, is seeking a Sales Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing market strategies, and managing sales processes to achieve company targets.

•  Source and engage potential customers to generate new sales
•  Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
•  Negotiate sales and service agreements with clients
•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies
•  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
•  Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns
•  Report on sales performance and provide actionable insights 

•  High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or relevant fields
•  Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate/property industry (Fresh graduates may apply with relevant internships)
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
•  Strong networking and communication abilities
•  Analytical problem-solving skills with proactive approach
•  Preferably located in West Jakarta, North Jakarta, or Tangerang
