Assistant Teacher

Little Avery Preschool and Kindergarten is an early childhood education institution that applies the Montessori learning approach. The Assistant Teacher supports classroom learning activities, helps prepare educational materials, and contributes to creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children’s development.

• Assist children during daily classroom and Montessori learning activities
• Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources
• Observe and record children’s learning progress and development
• Communicate children’s activities and progress with parents when required
• Support classroom management and learning routines
• Collaborate with teachers and the academic team in implementing lesson activities

• Minimum High School or Vocational School graduate; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or English is preferred
• Basic understanding of early childhood education or Montessori learning approach
• Ability to communicate in English for classroom interaction
• Experience assisting teachers or handling early childhood learning activities is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to support classroom preparation, learning materials organization, and child activity supervision
• Comfortable working in a collaborative teaching environment
