Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor

PT Adiya Kreasi Utama hiring Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor. This is a full-time role for a Construction Supervisor, located on-site in Sawangan, Indonesia. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting inspections. The role also involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing site activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Checking the time schedule and S-curve. - Making construction cost estimate, house structure planning, structural working drawings, MEP, ect. - Evaluate, coordinate, and control the construction activity program. - Provide direction related to the implementation of development work. - Conducted progress report, prepared data and volume calculations for weekly presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in the housing industry / real estate industry.
