Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering oil & gas projects safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. This role leads cross-functional teams and coordinates with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Ability to manage as per project cycle to deliver project deliverables safely, on schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.
• HSE compliance to all regulatory, policies and procedures.
• Stakeholder management and communication channelling internal and external.
• Project performance and KPI measurement.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum) or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in project management within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience to manage complex project. 
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Familiar with international engineering standards and codes.
• Strong leadership, ability to manage project team, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex project schedules including demonstrated skills to coordinate overseas resources.
• Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.
• Fluent communication skills English written and verbal.
