Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Management professional to join our growing team. This role involves cost estimation, interpretation of architectural designs, and coordination with internal teams to ensure construction projects run efficiently. You will play a vital role in translating design ideas into practical, cost-effective execution.

1.Prepare and analyze RAB(Budget Plan) based on architectural and structural drawings 2.Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate project budgeting and timelines 3.Interpret SketchUp and CAD drawings to support project planning and execution 4.Evaluate construction materials, especially steel, for cost-efficiency and suitability 5.Ensure alignment between design intent, material use, and construction methods
