PT Adiya Kreasi Utama hiring an Cost Control This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller located in Sawangan, Indonesia. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing project costs, conducting financial analyses, preparing cost reports, and ensuring that project expenses remain within budget. Daily tasks include cost accounting, cost control, and liaising with project teams to assess and manage financial performance. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial compliance with company policies.

- Assist the Quantity Surveyor team in preparing and managing construction project budgets and creating work schedules. - Monitor and evaluate cost, schedule, and quality perfomance of construction projects. - Measure, calculate, and estimate and labor costs for various stages of construction. - Prepare financial reports and project documentation on a regular basis. - Make reports of discrepancies between drawings and on the field. - Coordinate with teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in Construction or other relevant field. - Experience in the construction industry is a plus
