Software Engineer & Automation Manager

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer & Automation Manager to design, build, and manage automation systems that power our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, integrating multiple platforms, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will be responsible for developing automation workflows, building system architecture, and ensuring our internal systems run efficiently and reliably.

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and internal systems.
• Develop scalable system architecture using tools such as n8n and Airtable.
• Build and maintain API integrations across multiple platforms.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents to ensure system stability.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying automation opportunities.
• Manage technical projects and coordinate with external developers or outsourced teams when needed.
• Continuously optimize and scale automation systems as the company grows.

• 4 – 10 years of experience in software engineering or automation development.
• Strong programming experience in JavaScript and/or Python.
• Advanced hands-on experience with n8n and Airtable.
• Experience building API integrations and working with external platforms.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Experience in team management, outsourcing coordination, or technical leadership.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast iteration cycles.
