IT Technical Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who thrives on writing high-quality, scalable code and guiding engineering teams to achieve excellence. This role blends technical leadership with people management, offering the opportunity to shape both the architecture and the team behind it.

- Lead by example, writing clean, efficient, and scalable code while setting engineering standards - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and promote continuous improvement - Mentor and support developers through 1:1s and technical coaching, fostering knowledge sharing and growth - Oversee and coordinate activities across all IT teams to align with business objectives - Design, implement, and maintain robust controls for Cloud Services systems, continually refining them based on monitoring and performance

- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role - Strong engineering background with deep knowledge of software design principles, architecture, and development best practices - Proven ability to mentor and guide team members to deliver outstanding technical results - Strong understanding of modern coding standards, system architecture, and agile development workflows - Demonstrated ability to optimize and improve development processes - Experienced in making sound trade-offs in both front-end and back-end technical decisions - Fluent English is a plus, especially for effective communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
