IT Support

Support and maintain Saint Nicholas School’s IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations.

• Maintain and monitor the company's software and hardware equipment.
• Ensure that all operating system updates run and function as intended.
• Identify and resolve issues encountered in computer systems and networks.
• Ensure the security of the company's computer network, such as installing virus protection and firewalls, and backing up data.
• Develop and implement the company's IT plan.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.

1. Minimum SMK graduate in Computer/Network Engineering or a related field; preferably a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Able to troubleshoot and repair hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi/network devices, and other IT equipment.
3. Able to troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating systems, applications, drivers, and system configurations.
4. Have a good understanding of computer networks, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network troubleshooting.
5. Able to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
6. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to respond to technical issues promptly.
7. Willing to provide on-site IT support and assist users with technical issues when needed.
8. Keep up to date with the latest IT technologies, software, and troubleshooting practices.
