Housekeeping Manager

PT Medikpro Estetika Indonesia operates in the aesthetics and beauty services sector with a strong focus on service quality, facility standards, and customer experience. The Facility, Service & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring all operational spaces, equipment, and service environments are maintained at optimal standards to support safety, efficiency, and hospitality excellence across the organization.

•  Manage facility maintenance, cleaning, and equipment upkeep in alignment with health, safety, and operational standards
•  Coordinate routine inspection, repair, and renovation needs across all building structures and assets
•  Supervise internal facility teams and external contractors covering cleaning services, technical support, and security operations
•  Oversee facility utilities usage, cost efficiency, and resource optimization strategies
•  Control operational facility functions including parking allocation, waste management, and space utilization
•  Monitor facility security systems and ensure compliance with operational safety procedures
•  Conduct operational analysis and forecasting to support facility planning and improvements 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or duty management within hospitality, service consulting, or 5-star hotel operations
•  Strong knowledge of technical operations and facility management systems
•  Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external service providers
•  Ability to perform operational analysis and reporting for facility performance and budgeting
•  Strong communication and coordination skills for stakeholder and vendor management
•  Understanding of service quality standards within hospitality or customer experience-driven environments
