PT. Oriental Logistics Indonesia hiring Supervisor PPJK

• Supervise and oversee daily customs clearance operations for both import and export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation, including import/export declarations and supporting documents.
• Ensure all customs activities comply with applicable customs regulations, government requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Customs authorities, customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor HS Code classification, customs valuation, duty and tax calculations, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the PPJK team to achieve operational excellence and service quality.
• Resolve operational issues, customs inquiries, and clearance delays by providing effective and timely solutions.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure all customs clearance processes are completed within the required service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management regarding team performance and customs activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Transportation Management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in English
• Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Have a PPJK Customs Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance
• Experience in handling customs clearance processes
• Proficient in PIB, NIB documentation, and end-to-end export-import management
• Understand operational management of goods shipping
• Understand PEB and PIB
