Telesales

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our trading products and services, and converting leads into active clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the brokerage or financial trading industry and possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Contact potential clients through phone calls to introduce the company’s trading products (Forex, Gold, Oil, etc.).
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients.
• Explain company services, trading platforms, and current promotions to potential clients.
• Assist clients during the account opening and registration process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to increase engagement and trading activity.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Update and maintain client information in the company’s CRM system.

• Prior experience in telesales, sales, or marketing, preferably in brokerage / financial trading / pialang berjangka companies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Familiar with trading products such as Forex, Gold, or Commodities is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
