KOL Specialist

Handling end-to-end process KOL for Dorskin's campaign.

1. Research and identify key influencers on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
2. Assist in recruiting KOLs and ensure the smooth execution of ongoing campaigns.
3. Manage administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns.
4. Oversee and maintain working agreements with KOLs.
5. Build and nurture strong communication and relationships with influencers.
6. Enhance program quality and ensure KOLs meet their activity targets.
7. Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on KOL performance.

1. Minimum experience as intern KOL or 1-2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist
2. Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang
3. Ready to take on new strategy and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiar with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
5. Strong interest in beauty, skincare, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.
