Rp 2.5 - 4 JutaWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consumer Retention Intern to support our team in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on improving customer engagement, assisting in client follow-ups, and supporting retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty within the fintech industry.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Assist the team in maintaining relationships with existing clients through calls, messages, or emails.
- Follow up with inactive or dormant clients to encourage account reactivation and trading activity.
- Provide basic information regarding company updates, promotions, and trading services.
- Support the team in monitoring client activity and identifying potential retention opportunities.
- Help collect client feedback and report insights to the team for service improvement.
- Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, dealing, customer support) to ensure smooth client experience.
- Assist in preparing simple reports related to client engagement and retention activities.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- SMA/SMK graduated are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Basic understanding or interest in financial markets (Forex, Gold, Commodities) is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or CRM systems is an advantage.
