Field Agronomist

The Field Agronomist will oversee greenhouse crop cultivation (specifically horticultural crops like paprika, tomatoes, and strawberries) for PT DMC Indonesia Food in Singosari, Malang Regency, East Java.

1. Manage crop growth and development.
2. Monitor and control pests and diseases using sustainable practices.
3. Provide technical guidance to staff and farmers.
4. Collect, analyze, and report crop and environmental data.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
6. Support research and development to improve farming practices.

• A minimum of a S1 degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse cultivation.
• Experience in cultivating horticultural crops such as bell peppers preferred.
• Proficiency in operating cultivation environment control systems (e.g., ventilation, irrigation, heating, and cooling systems).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for English.
• Willingness to travel and work in field locations.
