Deputy Plant Manager

POWERCHINA SepcoIII is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Plant Manager. This position will be based at PLTU Bengkulu and will support plant operations, safety management, production performance, and overall operational excellence.

• Act as second-in-command and fully support the Operations Management.
• Lead and ensure safety of personnel and equipment.
• Improve and standardize departmental procedures and management.
• Oversee production, safety, technical operations, training, and administrative activities.
• Monitor plant performance including safety, technical, and economic aspects.
• Conduct routine inspections and evaluate operational conditions.
• Analyze and report production data.
• Supervise staff performance and training programs.
• Ensure proper execution of critical on-site corporate initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Coal-Fired Power Plant (PLTU).
• Strong English proficiency (mandatory), proven by IELTS or TOEFL certificate.
• Mandarin language skills will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
