Social Media Specialist

Prime Project Indonesia is a company engaged in creative project management and digital marketing solutions. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing social media content for the company and its clients to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign performance.

• Develop and manage social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Plan, produce, and publish daily content in the form of images, videos, and captions
• Create editorial calendars and schedule social media posts regularly
• Execute graphic design, photography, and videography for content production
• Coordinate and communicate periodically with ongoing projects or clients
• Contribute creative ideas for organic and paid digital marketing campaigns
• Organize and manage digital assets such as photos, videos, and content materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in agency, startup, e-commerce, or digital marketing environment
• Strong understanding of social media management for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to plan content strategies and develop visual concepts aligned with brand needs
• Proficient in using social media tools and content creation software
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willing to work on-site and based in Jakarta–Tangerang area
